Delete Your Account — Our Community

تشرح هذه الصفحة كيف تحذف حسابك في تطبيق Our Community للبائعين (com.chefapp، وتشغّله شركة ستات بيوت)، وماذا يحلّ ببياناتك بالضبط.

كيف تطلب الحذف

كلا الطريقين يؤدّي إلى الجهة نفسها:

من داخل التطبيق — افتح «حسابي» ثم «حذف الحساب» وأكّد.
بالبريد — راسلنا على creativityandmoreapimap@gmail.com من البريد المسجَّل أو برقم الهاتف المسجَّل على الحساب، وعنوان الرسالة «حذف حساب البائع». وقد نطلب منك تأكيد رمزٍ يُرسَل إلى رقم هاتفك المسجَّل، حتى لا يُغلق متجرك أحدٌ سواك.

ما يُحذف

اسمك ورقم هاتفك وبريدك وكلمة مرورك.
متجرك: اسمه ووصفه وصوره وفئته وموقعه على الخريطة وساعات عمله. ويتوقّف عرضه فوراً.
قائمتك وكل صنف وطبق وصورة معرض رفعتها.
مستندات توثيقك — الهوية الوطنية والشهادة الصحية والسجل التجاري.
بطاقاتك المحفوظة — رمز PayTabs ونوع البطاقة وتاريخ انتهائها وآخر أربعة أرقام.
رموز الإشعارات ومحادثاتك مع الدعم.

ما يبقى، ولماذا

الطلبات المنجَزة والفواتير وسجلات العمولة والسحب سجلاتٌ محاسبية. ويلزمنا القانون الضريبي والتجاري الأردني بحفظها مدةً محدَّدة، فتبقى — مفصولةً عنك ومختصرةً على ما يحتاجه السجل. أما تقييمات العملاء لطلبات سابقة فتبقى منسوبةً إلى الطلب لا إليك بعد زوال متجرك. ولا يُستعمل شيء ممّا يبقى لمراسلتك.

كم يستغرق

ننفّذ الطلب خلال ثلاثين يوماً. ويصلك تأكيدٌ عند إتمامه.

هل يمكن التراجع

لا. الحذف نهائي — ولا يمكن استرجاع متجرك ولا قائمتك ولا صورك ولا تقييماتك ولا سجلّك. والعودة إلى Our Community تعني تسجيل متجر جديد واجتياز التوثيق من جديد.

قبل الحذف

أنهِ أو ألغِ كل طلب ما زال جارياً.
اسحب رصيدك المتبقّي. فلا يمكننا تحويل رصيد بعد زوال الحساب، والحساب الذي عليه رصيد غير مسوّى يُغلق بعد صرفه.

How to request deletion

Either route works, and both reach the same place:

In the app — open Profile, then Delete Account, and confirm.
By email — write to creativityandmoreapimap@gmail.com from the email address or with the phone number registered on the account, with the subject "Delete my seller account". We may ask you to confirm a code sent to your registered phone number, so that nobody else can close your shop.

What is deleted

Your name, phone number, email and password.
Your shop: its name, description, photographs, category, map location and working hours. It stops being listed immediately.
Your menu and every item, dish and gallery photograph you uploaded.
Your verification documents — national ID, health certificate, commercial licence.
Your saved cards — the PayTabs token, scheme, expiry and last four digits.
Your notification tokens and your support conversations.

What is kept, and why

Completed orders, invoices, commission records and withdrawal records are accounting records. Jordanian tax and commercial law requires us to hold them for a set period, so they are retained — detached from you and reduced to what the record needs. Customer reviews of past orders remain visible against the order, not against you, once your shop is gone. Nothing retained is used to contact you.

How long it takes

We act on a request within 30 days. You will get a confirmation when it is done.

Can it be undone

No. Deletion is permanent — your shop, menu, photographs, ratings and history cannot be restored. Returning to Our Community means registering a new shop and passing verification again.

Before you delete

Finish or cancel every order still in progress.
Withdraw your remaining balance. We cannot transfer a balance after the account is gone, and an account with an unsettled balance is closed once it is paid out.
