تحكم هذه الشروط البيع على Our Community، وهو سوقٌ تشغّله شركة ستات بيوت. ويلزم أن تكون قد أتممت الثامنة عشرة لتملك حساب بائع.
الاعتماد
سجّل، وأكمل ملف متجرك، وارفع ما يطلبه دورك. يراجعها المدير. ويمكنك الدخول أثناء المراجعة، لكن متجرك لا يظهر للعملاء حتى يُعتمد.
متجرك
- التزم الصدق في ساعات عملك. المتجر الظاهر مفتوحاً هو متجرٌ ينتظر العميل أن يطلب منه.
- اعرض ما تستطيع صنعه فعلاً، وأبقِ الأسعار محدَّثة.
- الصور يجب أن تكون لمنتجاتك أنت.
- الطبّاخون يبيعون من كتالوج الأطباق في المنصّة؛ وبائعو الحرف والبازار يكتبون أصنافهم بأنفسهم.
- أنت مسؤول عن حيازة ما يقتضيه عملك من ترخيص أو موافقة صحية بموجب القانون الأردني، وعن سلامة الغذاء في مطبخك.
الطلبات
- اقبل الطلب الجديد أو ارفضه سريعاً. الطلب المعلّق يعني عميلاً ينتظر.
- وبعد القبول، حضّره ضمن الوقت الذي أعلنته.
- الطلبات المجدولة وطلبات الولائم تكون جاهزة في الموعد المتفق عليه، لا وقت وصول الطلب.
المال
الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام أو ببطاقة. وتُسوّى أرباحك بعد عمولة المنصّة المبيّنة في حسابك عبر إجراء السحب في التطبيق. ولك أن تشحن رصيد حسابك ببطاقة عبر صفحة PayTabs الآمنة. ونسب العمولة مبيّنة في حسابك، وأي تعديل عليها يُعلَن قبل سريانه.
الإنهاء
يمكنك التوقّف عن البيع متى شئت — أوقف «استقبال الطلبات» وأنهِ ما لديك. ولإغلاق حسابك كلياً، انظر صفحة حذف الحساب. ولنا أن نوقف متجراً يكرّر الإلغاء أو يتأخّر عن مواعيده أو يبيع غير ما عرض أو يعمل بلا ترخيص يقتضيه دوره.
القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتختصّ محاكمها بالنظر في أي نزاع.

These terms govern selling on Our Community, a marketplace operated by Setatbyot. You must be 18 or over to hold a seller account.
Getting approved
Register, complete your shop profile and upload whatever your role requires. An admin reviews it. You can sign in while under review, but your shop is not listed until it is approved.
Your shop
- Keep your working hours honest. A shop shown as open is a shop a customer expects to order from.
- List only what you can actually make, and keep prices current.
- Photographs must be of your own products.
- Chefs sell from the platform's dish catalogue; craft and bazaar sellers write their own items.
- You are responsible for holding whatever licence or health approval your trade requires under Jordanian law, and for food safety in your own kitchen.
Orders
- Accept or reject a new order promptly. A pending order is a customer waiting.
- Once accepted, prepare it within the time you advertise.
- Scheduled and catering orders must be ready at the agreed time, not when the order arrives.
Money
Orders are paid in cash on delivery or by card. Your earnings, minus the platform commission shown in your account, are settled through the withdrawal process in the app. You may top up your account balance by card through PayTabs' secure page. Commission rates are shown in your account and any change is announced before it applies.
Ending it
You may stop selling at any time — switch off "accept orders" and finish what you have. To close your account entirely, see the Account Deletion page. We may suspend a shop that repeatedly cancels, misses its times, sells something other than what it listed, or trades without a licence its role requires.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
