حسابك
اسمك ورقم هاتفك وكلمة مرورك. ورقم الهاتف هو وسيلة دخولك ووسيلة الدعم للوصول إليك. وإن دخلت بحساب Google، الاسم والبريد المسجّلان فيه.
متجرك
اسم المتجر ووصفه وصورته وفئته وموقعه وساعات عمله كما تُدخلها. وكل هذا علنيّ — فهو ما يتصفّحه العملاء.
مستندات التوثيق
قد يطلب التسجيل — بحسب دورك — هويةً وطنية أو شهادة صحية أو سجلاً تجارياً. يطّلع عليها فريق المراجعة لاعتماد متجرك، ولا تُعرض للعملاء أبداً. والأدوار الغذائية تُسأل أكثر لأن الطعام منظَّم قانوناً؛ أما بائعو الحرف والبازار فيُسألون عن الاسم والهاتف وكلمة المرور فقط.
الكاميرا والصور والموقع
لا يطلب التطبيق الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور إلا حين تضيف صورة متجرك أو طبقك، ولا يطلب الموقع إلا حين تضع متجرك على الخريطة. وإن رفضت أياً من الإذنين، بقي سائر التطبيق يعمل.
الطلبات والأرباح
كل طلب يصلك وأصنافه وإجماليه، وما ربحته وما سحبته. تُحفظ للمحاسبة ولفضّ أي نزاع.
خدمات نعتمد عليها
- Google (خدمة Firebase Cloud Messaging) توصّل التنبيه عند وصول طلب.
- خرائط Google تحدّد موقع متجرك وترسم الخريطة.
- تسجيل الدخول عبر Google، إن اخترت هذه الوسيلة وحدها.
- PayTabs تعالج شحن رصيد حسابك بالبطاقة. والشحن يفتح صفحة PayTabs الآمنة الخاصة بها؛ ولا تصل أرقام البطاقات خوادمنا إطلاقاً. وإن حفظت بطاقة، لم نحتفظ إلا برمز PayTabs ونوع البطاقة وتاريخ انتهائها وآخر أربعة أرقام.
ما يراه العميل
اسم متجرك وصورته وفئته ومنطقته وتقييمه وقائمته. لا رقم هاتفك، ولا مستنداتك، ولا عنوان سكنك.
مدة الحفظ
تبقى بيانات حسابك ومتجرك ما دام حسابك مفتوحاً. أما الطلبات والفواتير وسجلات العمولة والسحب فتُحفظ للمدة التي يفرضها القانون الضريبي والتجاري الأردني. ومستندات التوثيق تُحفظ ما دام متجرك معروضاً وتُحذف عند إغلاق حسابك.
حقوقك
بموجب قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الأردني رقم 24 لسنة 2023، لك أن تطلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك لدينا أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، ولك أن تسحب موافقةً سبق أن منحتها. ولحذف حسابك، انظر صفحة حذف الحساب أو راسلنا على creativityandmoreapimap@gmail.com.
السنّ
البيع على Our Community يقتضي أن تكون قد أتممت الثامنة عشرة.
حمايتها
كلمة مرورك مخزَّنة مشفّرة. والاتصال بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفّر، ومستندات التوثيق محفوظة في تخزين خاص لا يُبلَغ برابط عام.

What we hold about a seller, and why. This policy covers Our Community, the seller app on Android and iOS, operated by Setatbyot.
Your account
Your name, phone number and password. The phone number is how you sign in and how support reaches you. If you sign in with Google, the name and email on that Google account.
Your shop
The shop name, description, photograph, category, location and working hours you enter. All of it is public — it is what customers browse.
Verification documents
Depending on your role, registration may ask for a national ID, a health certificate or a commercial licence. These are read by our review team to approve your shop and are never shown to customers. Food roles are asked for more because food is regulated; craft and bazaar sellers are asked only for a name, a phone and a password.
Camera, photos and location
The app asks for the camera and photo library only when you add a picture of your shop or a dish, and for location only when you place your shop on the map. Refuse either permission and the rest of the app still works.
Orders and earnings
Every order you receive, its items and its total, plus what you have earned and withdrawn. Kept for accounting and for resolving disputes.
Services we rely on
- Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) delivers the alert when an order arrives.
- Google Maps places your shop and draws the map.
- Google Sign-In, only if you choose that way to sign in.
- PayTabs processes card top-ups to your account. Top-ups open PayTabs' own secure page; card numbers never reach our servers. If you save a card we hold only PayTabs' token, the scheme, the expiry and the last four digits.
What customers see
Your shop name, photo, category, area, rating and menu. Not your phone number, not your documents, not your home address.
How long we keep it
Your account and shop data stay while your account is open. Orders, invoices, commission and withdrawal records are kept for the period Jordanian tax and commercial law requires. Verification documents are kept while your shop is listed and deleted when your account closes.
Your rights
Under Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 you may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you may withdraw a consent you gave. To delete your account, see the Account Deletion page or write to creativityandmoreapimap@gmail.com.
Age
Selling on Our Community requires you to be 18 or over.
Keeping it safe
Your password is stored hashed. Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted, and verification documents are stored on private storage that is not reachable by a public link.
