This page explains how to delete your Setatbyot driver account (app: com.driverapp) and exactly what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

Either route works, and both reach the same place:

• In the app — open Profile, then Delete Account, and confirm.
• By email — write to creativityandmoreapimap@gmail.com from the email address or with the phone number registered on the account, with the subject "Delete my driver account". We may ask you to confirm a code sent to your registered phone number, so that nobody else can close your account.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, email and password.
• Your documents — driving licence, vehicle registration and ID.
• Your vehicle details.
• Every location point the app recorded about you, including those collected in the background, along with the deliveries they belonged to once those records are no longer needed for accounting.
• Your notification tokens, so the app stops reaching your device.
• Your support conversations.

What is kept, and why

Completed deliveries, their fees and their settlement records are accounting records. Jordanian tax and commercial law requires us to hold them for a set period, so they are retained — detached from you and reduced to what the record needs. Nothing retained is used to contact you or to track you.

How long it takes

We act on a request within 30 days. You will get a confirmation when it is done.

Can it be undone

No. Deletion is permanent — your delivery history, ratings and verified documents cannot be restored. Returning to Setatbyot means registering again and re-uploading your documents for verification.

Before you delete

• Complete or hand back any delivery still assigned to you.
• Withdraw your remaining balance and settle any cash you are holding on the platform's behalf. An account with an unsettled balance is closed once it is squared.
