حسابك
الاسم ورقم الهاتف وكلمة المرور، إضافةً إلى رخصة القيادة ودفتر المركبة والهوية التي ترفعها عند التسجيل. ولا يطّلع على المستندات إلا فريق المراجعة.
موقعك — وفي الخلفية أيضاً
هذا أكثر ما يجمعه التطبيق حساسية، ولذلك يُذكر صراحةً: ما دمت متصلاً، يجمع التطبيق موقعك ويظلّ يجمعه في الخلفية، حتى حين يكون مغلقاً أو غير مستعمَل. ويفعل ذلك لنعرض عليك الطلبات القريبة ولنُري العميل أين طلبه ما دمت تحمله.
- لا يبدأ الجمع إلا حين تجعل نفسك متصلاً، ويتوقّف لحظة خروجك من الاتصال. والخروج من الاتصال متاحٌ لك دائماً في التطبيق.
- وما دام يعمل، يعرض أندرويد إشعاراً دائماً ويعرض iOS مؤشّر الموقع، فلا يجمع في صمت أبداً.
- يُحفظ الموقع مرتبطاً بالتوصيلة التي يخصّها ولا يُستعمل لغيرها. ولا يُباع، ولا يُستعمل في الإعلانات، ولا يُراقَب به خارج وقت العمل.
- ولك أن ترفض إذن الموقع في الخلفية أو تسحبه لاحقاً من إعدادات جهازك. ويظل التطبيق يفتح، لكنه لا يستطيع عرض توصيلات عليك ما دام الإذن مرفوضاً، لأن التوزيع لا يستطيع تحديد مكانك.
توصيلاتك
كل رحلة ومسافتها وأوقاتها وأجرتها، إضافةً إلى تقييمك. تُستعمل لدفع مستحقاتك، ولفضّ النزاعات، ولتوزيع العمل بعدل.
الكاميرا والصور
لا تُستعمل إلا حين ترفع مستنداً أو صورة تأكيد تسليم.
خدمات نعتمد عليها
- Google (خدمة Firebase Cloud Messaging) توصّل التنبيه عند عرض توصيلة عليك.
- خرائط Google ترسم الخريطة والمسار.
- تسجيل الدخول عبر Google، إن اخترت هذه الوسيلة وحدها.
ما يراه الآخرون
- العميل يرى اسمك، ويرى موقعك على الخريطة ما دمت تحمل طلبه.
- المطبخ يرى اسمك عند قبولك الاستلام.
- ولا يُشارَك رقم هاتفك مع عميل إلا للطلب الذي تحمله.
مدة الحفظ
تبقى بيانات الحساب ما دام حسابك مفتوحاً. ونقاط الموقع تُحفظ مرتبطةً بتوصيلتها وتُحذف معها. أما سجلات التوصيل والأجرة والتسوية فتُحفظ للمدة التي يفرضها القانون الضريبي والتجاري الأردني. والمستندات تُحفظ ما دمت تعمل وتُحذف عند إغلاق حسابك.
حقوقك
بموجب قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الأردني رقم 24 لسنة 2023، لك أن تطلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك لدينا أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، ولك أن تسحب موافقةً سبق أن منحتها. ولحذف حسابك، انظر صفحة حذف الحساب أو راسلنا على creativityandmoreapimap@gmail.com.
السنّ
التوصيل لحساب ستات بيوت يقتضي أن تكون قد أتممت الثامنة عشرة وأن تحمل رخصة سارية.
حمايتها
كلمة مرورك مخزَّنة مشفّرة. والاتصال بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفّر، ومستنداتك محفوظة في تخزين خاص لا يُبلَغ برابط عام.

What Setatbyot holds about a driver, and why. This policy covers the Setatbyot driver app on Android and iOS.
Your account
Name, phone number and password, plus the licence, vehicle registration and ID you upload during registration. Documents are seen by the review team only.
Your location — including in the background
This is the most sensitive thing the app collects, so it is stated plainly. While you are online, the app collects your location and keeps collecting it in the background, even when the app is closed or not in use. It does this so we can offer you nearby deliveries and show the customer where their order is while you carry it.
- Collection starts only when you switch yourself online, and stops the moment you go offline. Going offline is always available to you in the app.
- While it is running, Android shows a permanent notification and iOS shows its location indicator, so it is never collecting silently.
- Location is stored with the delivery it belonged to and is used for nothing else. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to monitor you outside working time.
- You may refuse or later revoke the background location permission in your device settings. The app still opens, but it cannot offer you deliveries while it is refused, because dispatch cannot place you.
Your deliveries
Each trip, its distance, its timings and its fee, plus your rating. Used to pay you, to settle disputes, and to assign work fairly.
Camera and photos
Used only when you upload a document or a delivery confirmation photograph.
Services we rely on
- Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) delivers the alert when a delivery is offered.
- Google Maps draws the map and the route.
- Google Sign-In, only if you choose that way to sign in.
What others see
- The customer sees your name and, while you are carrying their order, your position on the map.
- The kitchen sees your name when you accept a pickup.
- Your phone number is shared with a customer only for the order you are carrying.
How long we keep it
Account data stays while your account is open. Location points are kept attached to their delivery and removed with it. Delivery, fee and settlement records are kept for the period Jordanian tax and commercial law requires. Documents are kept while you drive and deleted when your account closes.
Your rights
Under Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 you may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you may withdraw a consent you gave. To delete your account, see the Account Deletion page or write to creativityandmoreapimap@gmail.com.
Age
Driving for Setatbyot requires you to be 18 or over and to hold a valid licence.
Keeping it safe
Your password is stored hashed. Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted, and your documents are stored on private storage that is not reachable by a public link.
