تحكم هذه الشروط التوصيل لحساب ستات بيوت. ويلزم أن تكون قد أتممت الثامنة عشرة.
قبل القيادة
يجب أن تكون رخصتك ودفتر مركبتك وهويتك سارية ومرفوعة. وانتهاء أي مستند يوقف حسابك حتى تجدّده. وأنت تعمل متعاقداً مستقلاً لا موظفاً؛ ولا ينشئ شيء ممّا هنا علاقة عمل.
قبول التوصيلة
- أنت تختار ما تقبله من العروض. وقبول العرض التزامٌ باستلامه وتوصيله.
- اذهب إلى المطبخ، وأكّد الاستلام في التطبيق، وأوصِل إلى العنوان المعروض.
- سجّل كل خطوة في التطبيق فور حدوثها. العميل يتابع هذه الخطوات، وأجرتك تُحسب منها.
الموقع
يقتضي التوصيل أن يتابع التطبيق موقعك ما دمت متصلاً، وفي الخلفية أيضاً — انظر سياسة الخصوصية للسائقين. والخروج من الاتصال يوقف ذلك، ولك أن تخرج متى شئت.
على الطريق
- التزم بقانون السير. لا شيء في هذا التطبيق يستحق مخالفة أو مجازفة.
- احمل الطعام كما غلّفه المطبخ. ولا تفتح طلب العميل.
- وإن تعذّر عليك إتمام توصيلة، أبلغ في التطبيق فوراً ليُعاد إسنادها.
الأجرة
تُحتسب أجرتك لكل توصيلة بالمسافة والزمن، كما تظهر في العرض قبل قبولك له. والنقد الذي تستلمه يعود للمنصّة والبائع ويُسوّى عبر حسابك.
الإنهاء
اخرج من الاتصال متى شئت؛ لا يُطلب منك التفرّغ. ولإغلاق حسابك كلياً، انظر صفحة حذف الحساب. ولنا أن نوقف حساباً يتكرّر فيه ترك التوصيلات أو انتهاء المستندات أو الشكاوى على السلوك.
القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتختصّ محاكمها بالنظر في أي نزاع.

These terms govern delivering for Setatbyot. You must be 18 or over.
Before you drive
Your licence, vehicle registration and ID must be valid and uploaded. A document that expires suspends your account until it is replaced. You drive as an independent contractor, not as an employee; nothing here creates employment.
Taking a delivery
- You choose which offers to accept. Accepting one is a commitment to collect it and deliver it.
- Go to the kitchen, confirm the pickup in the app, and deliver to the address shown.
- Mark each step in the app as it happens. The customer is watching those steps, and your pay is calculated from them.
Location
Delivering requires the app to follow your location while you are online, including in the background — see the Driver Privacy Policy. Going offline stops it, and you may go offline whenever you like.
On the road
- Obey traffic law. Nothing in this app is worth a fine or a risk.
- Carry food as the kitchen packed it. Do not open a customer's order.
- If you cannot complete a delivery, say so in the app immediately so it can be reassigned.
Payment
You are paid per delivery, by distance and time, as shown on the offer before you accept it. Cash you collect belongs to the platform and the seller and is settled through your account.
Ending it
Go offline whenever you like; you are not required to be available. To close your account entirely, see the Account Deletion page. We may suspend an account for repeatedly abandoned deliveries, expired documents, or complaints about conduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
