This page explains how to delete your Setatbyot customer account (app: com.ebda3user) and exactly what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

Either route works, and both reach the same place:

• In the app — open Profile, then Delete Account, and confirm.
• By email — write to creativityandmoreapimap@gmail.com from the email address or with the phone number registered on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm a code sent to your registered phone number, so that nobody else can close your account.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, email and password.
• Your saved addresses and their map points.
• Your saved cards — the PayTabs token, card scheme, expiry and last four digits.
• Your notification tokens, so the app stops reaching your device.
• Your reviews and ratings, and your support conversations.

What is kept, and why

Completed orders, invoices and payment records are accounting records. Jordanian tax and commercial law requires us to hold them for a set period, so they are retained — detached from you and reduced to what the record needs, with your name and contact details removed. They are not used to contact you or to build any profile, and they are deleted when that period ends.

How long it takes

We act on a request within 30 days. You will get a confirmation when it is done.

Can it be undone

No. Deletion is permanent — order history, addresses and saved cards cannot be restored. If you want to use Setatbyot again afterwards, you register a new account from scratch.

Before you delete

Settle any order still in progress. An account with an open order or an unpaid balance is closed once that order is finished.
