لا تجمع ستات بيوت إلا ما يحتاجه الطلب. تغطي هذه السياسة تطبيق ستات بيوت للعملاء على أندرويد و iOS.
ما نجمعه
- اسمك ورقم هاتفك، ليصل إليك المطبخ والسائق.
- عنوان التوصيل وموقعه على الخريطة، لحساب أجرة التوصيل ومعرفة ما إذا كان المطبخ يصلك، ولإرشاد السائق إلى بابك. ولا يطلب التطبيق موقعك إلا أثناء استعمالك له لتحديد نقطة على الخريطة؛ ولك أن تكتب العنوان يدوياً وترفض الإذن.
- سجلّ طلباتك، لتتمكّن من إعادة الطلب ولنجيب عن أي استفسار بشأن طلب سابق.
- رمز الإشعارات في جهازك، لإعلامك عند تأكيد طلبك وتحضيره وخروجه إليك.
- إن دخلت بحساب Google، الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني المسجّلان في ذلك الحساب.
- بيانات تقنية أساسية يرسلها جهازك مع كل طلب — إصدار التطبيق وطراز الجهاز ونظام التشغيل — تُستعمل لتشخيص الأعطال.
من يطّلع عليها
- المطبخ الذي طلبت منه يرى اسمك وطلبك وملاحظاته.
- السائق الذي يحمل طلبك يرى عنوانك ورقم هاتفك والطلب.
- لا أحد غيرهما. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
خدمات نعتمد عليها
تشغيل التطبيق يقتضي تسليم بيانات بعينها إلى شركات تؤدي لنا عملاً محدَّداً، لا أكثر:
- Google (خدمة Firebase Cloud Messaging) توصّل الإشعارات إلى جهازك.
- خرائط Google ترسم الخريطة وتحوّل العنوان إلى نقطة.
- تسجيل الدخول عبر Google، إن اخترت هذه الوسيلة وحدها.
- PayTabs تعالج مدفوعات البطاقات.
الدفع
لك أن تدفع نقداً عند الاستلام أو ببطاقة. ومدفوعات البطاقات تفتح صفحة PayTabs الآمنة الخاصة بها — إذ تُدخَل فيها أرقام بطاقتك وتاريخ انتهائها ورمز التحقق، ولا تصل خوادمنا إطلاقاً. وإن اخترت حفظ بطاقة، فلا نحفظ إلا ما تعيده PayTabs: رمزاً مبهماً لا معنى له عند غيرها، ونوع البطاقة، وشهر انتهائها وسنته، وآخر أربعة أرقام لتعرفها. ويمكنك حذف أي بطاقة محفوظة من التطبيق متى شئت.
مدة الحفظ
يبقى حسابك وبياناته ما دام حسابك مفتوحاً. أما الطلبات والفواتير وسجلات الدفع فتُحفظ للمدة التي يفرضها القانون الضريبي والتجاري الأردني، لأنها سجلات محاسبية. وما عدا ذلك يُحذف عند إغلاق حسابك.
حقوقك
بموجب قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الأردني رقم 24 لسنة 2023، لك أن تطلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك لدينا أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، ولك أن تسحب موافقةً سبق أن منحتها. وعدّل أو احذف أي عنوان محفوظ متى شئت من «عناويني»، وأوقف الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك. ولحذف حسابك وسجلّه، انظر صفحة حذف الحساب أو راسلنا على creativityandmoreapimap@gmail.com.
الأطفال
التطبيق لمن أتمّ الثامنة عشرة. ولا نجمع عن علمٍ بيانات الأطفال. وإن تبيّن لك أن طفلاً سجّل، راسلنا على creativityandmoreapimap@gmail.com ونحذف الحساب.
حمايتها
كلمة مرورك مخزَّنة مشفّرة — لا يمكن قراءتها، لا منّا ولا من غيرنا. والاتصال بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفّر.
التعديلات
إن تغيّرت هذه السياسة نشرنا نسختها الجديدة هنا وحدّثنا التاريخ المبيّن في هذه الصفحة. واستمرارك في استعمال التطبيق بعد التغيير يعني قبولك به.

Setatbyot collects only what an order needs. This policy covers the Setatbyot customer app on Android and iOS.
What we collect
- Your name and phone number, so a kitchen and a driver can reach you.
- Your delivery address and its point on the map, used to price delivery, judge whether a kitchen can reach you, and guide the driver to your door. The app asks for location only while you are using it, to place a pin; you may type an address instead and refuse the permission.
- Your order history, so you can reorder and we can answer questions about a past order.
- Your device's notification token, used to tell you when an order is confirmed, prepared and on its way.
- If you sign in with Google, the name and email address on that Google account.
- Basic technical data your device sends with every request — app version, device model, operating system — used to diagnose faults.
Who sees it
- The kitchen you ordered from sees your name, your order and its notes.
- The driver carrying your order sees your address, your phone number and the order.
- Nobody else. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Services we rely on
Running the app means handing certain data to companies that do a specific job for us, and nothing else:
- Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) delivers notifications to your device.
- Google Maps draws the map and converts an address into a point.
- Google Sign-In, only if you choose that way to sign in.
- PayTabs processes card payments.
Payment
You may pay cash on delivery or by card. Card payments open PayTabs' own secure page — your card number, expiry and CVV are entered there and never reach our servers. If you choose to save a card, we store only what PayTabs gives back: an opaque token that is meaningless to anyone else, the card scheme, its expiry month and year, and the last four digits, so you can recognise the card. Delete a saved card at any time from the app.
How long we keep it
Your account and its data stay while your account is open. Orders, invoices and payment records are kept for the period Jordanian tax and commercial law requires, because they are accounting records. Everything else is deleted when you close your account.
Your rights
Under Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 you may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you may withdraw a consent you gave. Change or delete a saved address at any time from My Addresses, and turn notifications off from your device settings. To delete your account and its history, see the Account Deletion page or write to creativityandmoreapimap@gmail.com.
Children
The app is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has registered, write to creativityandmoreapimap@gmail.com and we will remove the account.
Keeping it safe
Your password is stored hashed — it cannot be read, by us or by anyone else. Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted.
Changes
If this policy changes we will publish the new version here and update the date shown on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
