ستات بيوت سوقٌ يجمع الطرفين: المطابخ وصانعو الحرف وأصحاب البازار يعرضون ما يصنعون، وأنت تطلبه، والسائق يوصله. واستعمالك التطبيق يعني قبولك هذه الشروط. ويلزم أن تكون قد أتممت الثامنة عشرة لتملك حساباً.
الطلب
- السلة تحمل بائعاً واحداً في المرة. وللطلب من بائع آخر، أفرغ السلة أو أتمّ الطلب الأول.
- الأسعار وأجرة التوصيل ووقت التحضير تظهر قبل التأكيد. وما تراه في شاشة الدفع هو ما تدفعه.
- التوصيل يُحسب بالمسافة والزمن، ويصبح مجانياً متى تجاوزت سلّتك الحد المعروض في صفحة المطبخ.
- طلبات الولائم مجدولة: تختار التاريخ والوقت ضمن أيام عمل المطبخ.
الدفع
ادفع نقداً عند الاستلام أو ببطاقة. ومدفوعات البطاقات تُعالَج على صفحة PayTabs الآمنة؛ ولا نرى رقم بطاقتك إطلاقاً. ويُخصَم مبلغ البطاقة عند تأكيدك الطلب. أما ردّ المبالغ عن طلب أُلغي قبل التحضير فيعود إلى البطاقة نفسها، وقد يستغرق ظهوره أياماً عدة بحسب مصرفك.
الإلغاء
يمكنك إلغاء الطلب بنفسك ما دام المطبخ لم يقبله بعد. وبعد ذلك تواصل مع الدعم — فالمطبخ الذي بدأ التحضير قد لا يستطيع التوقّف. وإن كان الدفع قد تمّ ببطاقة وأُلغي الطلب قبل بدء التحضير، رُدّ المبلغ كاملاً.
ما عليك
- أعطِ عنواناً يجده السائق، وأجب على هاتفك ما دام الطلب في الطريق.
- اذكر أي حساسية في ملاحظات الطلب. البائعون يطبخون في مطابخ منزلية ولا يمكنهم ضمان خلوّ طبق من أثر طبق آخر.
- احفظ بيانات حسابك لنفسك. وما يجري من حسابك يُنسب إليك.
ما علينا
نُبقي المنصّة تعمل، ونُلزم البائعين بالمعايير التي ننشرها، ونتدخّل حين يسوء طلب. الطعام يُعدّه البائع لا نحن؛ وأي شكوى على طلب تُبحث معه. ولا نضمن أن تعمل الخدمة بلا انقطاع، ولا نُسأل عن فعل بائع تجاوزاً لقيمة الطلب محلّ الشكوى.
الإنهاء
أغلق حسابك متى شئت — انظر صفحة حذف الحساب. ولنا أن نوقف حساباً استُعمل في احتيال أو إساءة إلى بائع أو سائق أو تكرار شكاوى كاذبة.
القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتختصّ محاكمها بالنظر في أي نزاع.

Setatbyot is a marketplace. Kitchens, craft makers and bazaar sellers list what they make; you order it; a driver brings it. By using the app you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or over to hold an account.
Ordering
- A cart holds one seller at a time. To order from another, empty the cart or place the first order.
- Prices, delivery fees and preparation times are shown before you confirm. What the checkout screen states is what you pay.
- Delivery is charged by distance and time, and becomes free once your basket passes the threshold shown on the kitchen's page.
- Catering orders are scheduled: you choose the date and time, within the kitchen's working days.
Paying
Pay cash on delivery or by card. Card payments are handled on PayTabs' secure page; we never see your card number. A card payment is taken when you confirm the order. Refunds for an order cancelled before preparation are returned to the same card, and may take several working days to appear depending on your bank.
Cancelling
You may cancel an order yourself until the kitchen accepts it. After that, contact support — a kitchen that has begun cooking may not be able to stop. Where a card payment has been taken and the order is cancelled before preparation begins, it is refunded in full.
Your responsibilities
- Give an address a driver can find, and answer your phone while an order is on its way.
- Tell the seller about any allergy in the order notes. Sellers cook in home kitchens and cannot guarantee that a dish carries no trace of another.
- Keep your account details to yourself. Activity from your account is treated as yours.
Our responsibilities
We keep the platform running, hold sellers to the standards we publish, and step in when an order goes wrong. Food is prepared by the seller, not by us; a complaint about an order is investigated with them. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, and we are not liable for a seller's own act beyond the value of the order it concerns.
Ending it
Close your account at any time — see the Account Deletion page. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of sellers or drivers, or repeated false complaints.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
